Welcome to the CLLAM Creator Program!

This is a collaboration between you and CLLAM Supply. We are excited to have you join our creator community.

At CLLAM, we believe creativity and quality go hand in hand. As a Content Creator, you will help introduce our products to nail professionals and beauty lovers through authentic, educational, and engaging content.

Here is how we can work together.

Scope of Work

You may receive complimentary products, product vouchers, affiliate commissions, rewards, or paid collaboration opportunities.

When you receive complimentary CLLAM products, we expect you to post at least once on your social media account within thirty (30) days after receiving the products.

Instagram/Tiktok Stories do not count as the required post unless approved by CLLAM.

Each time you receive additional CLLAM products, you may be required to create and publish new content within 30 days after receiving.

You may participate in additional products campaigns, livestreams, tutorials, affiliate opportunities, or paid collaborations when available.

Specific content requirements, deadlines, compensation, and rewards may vary depending on the campaign.

Content Expectations

When posting CLLAM content, you must include:

• Tags to all relevant CLLAM social media accounts.
• Clear and professional images or videos that properly show the CLLAM product.
• Honest opinions based on your genuine experience with the product.
• Accurate product information, instructions, and demonstrations.
• Content that is respectful and appropriate for audience.

When posting CLLAM content, you must not include:

• False, misleading, or exaggerated product claims.
• Offensive, harmful, discriminatory, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Negative or disrespectful comments about competitors, customers, employees, creators, or other individuals.
• Music, images, videos, logos, or other materials that you do not have permission to use.
• Content that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual-property rights.
• Confidential information about unreleased CLLAM products, campaigns, pricing, or business plans.
• Primarily AI-generated product demonstrations that do not accurately represent the real product.
• Edited product colors or results that may mislead customers.
• Fake followers, fake engagement, bots, purchased views, or other methods used to manipulate content performance.

Content Review

Some campaigns may require you to submit your content to CLLAM for approval before posting.

You agree to make reasonable corrections if your content contains:

• Incorrect product information.
• Missing brand tags or disclosures.
• Incorrect logos, packaging, or product names.
• Misleading statements or demonstrations.
• Content that does not follow the campaign guidelines.

Approval of one post does not automatically mean that future posts are approved.

Content Usage Rights

You continue to own the original content you create.

However, by submitting or posting content for the CLLAM Creator Program, you give CLLAM permission to use and repurpose that content for promotional, marketing, educational, and advertising purposes.

CLLAM and its retail, distribution, advertising, and commercial partners may:

• Repost and share your content.
• Use your content on social media, websites, emails, advertisements, catalogs, trade shows, and printed materials.
• Crop, resize, caption, translate, or reformat your content.
• Use screenshots, video clips, photographs, or other portions of your content.
• Use your name, social media handle, voice, image, and likeness as they appear in the content.

This permission is worldwide, royalty-free, and continues after you leave the Program.

Whenever reasonably possible, CLLAM will credit you by using your name or social media handle. However, credit may not always be possible because of advertising formats, technical limitations, or space restrictions.

No additional compensation will be provided for CLLAM’s use of the content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For specially commissioned or paid content, additional ownership and usage terms may be provided in a separate agreement or campaign brief.

Original Content Files

When requested, you agree to provide CLLAM with the original, high-quality content files through Google Drive or another approved file-sharing method.

The files should be provided without third-party watermarks unless otherwise approved.

Rewards and Affiliate Program

CLLAM may offer products, vouchers, points, discounts, affiliate commissions, or other rewards.

Rewards:

• Have no cash value unless specifically stated.
• Cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another person.
• Are subject to product availability.
• May change or be discontinued at any time.
• May expire according to the applicable campaign terms.

You may not use your own affiliate code or link to improperly earn commissions from personal purchases.

You may not use fake orders, bulk purchases for resale, bots, false accounts, or purchases made by people connected to you for the main purpose of generating commissions.

CLLAM may cancel or reverse commissions connected to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, tracking errors, or violations of these terms.

Confidentiality

You must not share confidential information provided by CLLAM, including:

• Unreleased products.
• Product launch dates.
• Internal documents.
• Campaign plans.
• Private pricing.
• Customer information.
• Other nonpublic business information.

This confidentiality requirement continues after your participation in the Program ends.

Independent Creator

Your participation in the Program does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of CLLAM.

You are responsible for your own equipment, content-production expenses, taxes, licenses, and insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not enter into agreements, make guarantees, or create financial obligations on behalf of CLLAM.

Termination

You may leave the CLLAM Creator Program at any time.

CLLAM may suspend or terminate your participation if:

• You fail to post within thirty (30) days after receiving CLLAM products.
• Your account is inactive for three (3) months or longer.
• You repeatedly submit low-quality content.
• Your content does not follow CLLAM’s guidelines.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• You connect a social media account that you do not own or manage.
• You sell or transfer complimentary products, vouchers, points, rewards, or Program benefits.
• You manipulate affiliate sales, engagement, views, followers, or commissions.
• You disclose confidential information.
• Your content violates the rights of another person.
• Your conduct is inconsistent with the professional values, integrity, or purpose of the Program.

After termination, you must stop representing yourself as an active CLLAM Creator.

CLLAM may continue using content that was created and submitted before your participation ended.

Program Changes

CLLAM reserves the right to change, remove, or replace Program missions, rewards, products, incentives, affiliate terms, or benefits at any time.

CLLAM may also update these terms when necessary.

Agreement

By applying to, joining, or participating in the CLLAM Creator Program, receiving CLLAM products, accepting a mission, or submitting content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
