Shipping
- All orders will be processed in 1-2 days.
- Expect 3-5 days for delivery time for US customers.
- Orders that are processed after 1pm Friday will be shipped on Monday.
International Shipping
We ship internationally.
Steps:
- Email us a list of items that you want to buy (screenshots, write down, cart screenshots) to [email protected] or call us directly at 714-804-8688/714-804-9688.
- Provide us the shipping address.
- We will calculate the shipping cost and total of orders to be paid.
- Once order is paid, we will process to ship your order, delivery time can vary.
Return
- You have up to 14 days to return items. Item(s) must not be damaged. Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all boxes need to be intact.
- For Acrylic Brush: Please note that the brush must be unused, not crimped, and should not be dipped into liquid or water, as well as not having been used with powder before.
- To return your products for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- For returns made within 14 days, a return fee of 10% will be deducted from the total refund.
- For returns made within 14 to 30 days, a return fee of 20% will be deducted from the total refund.
- We will refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
- No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items.
