1. Earn points

There are four ways to earn points:

  • Point For Purchase: Earn 1 point for $1 spent on purchases. Points will be invalid after 365 days. You’ll get a notification email about the expiration date
  • Point For Sign-up: Earn 150 points for registering an account
  • Point For Referral: Share your referral link (found in the reward page) and get $20 off for your next order after your referral makes a purchase
  • Point For Review: Earn 20 points for reviewing each purchased product

Important Details:

  • Points will be automatically added to your account when your orders have been completed (after we have shipped your orders).
  • Points will be automatically deducted from your account after your expiration date
  • You can check how many points you have earned through your  rewards page in the “Points & Rewards section”

2. Redeem points for Product

  • Launch Date: January 16, 2025
  • How It Works: Redeem your earned points for coupon codes to claim free products.
  • Important Details:
    • Coupon codes are not redeemable for cash.
    • Coupons can only be applied to orders of $50 or more (before taxes and shipping).
    • Coupons expire 30 days after conversion, and you’ll receive a notification email with the expiration date.
    • Points are redeemable only for products available within the rewards catalog.

3. How to redeem points

Points can be redeemed through these locations: My Rewards, Cart Page, Checkout Page, and Account Page.

Shopping cart must have items with value $50 or more in order to apply the coupon

The Cllam Supply Loyalty Rewards is designed to give you the benefits and rewards for making a purchase with us. Once you have earned points, you can redeem for either a discount coupon or a product

Yes. Points will expire after 12 months from the earned date

Points earned from placing an order will be updated in your account up to 24 hours after your order has shipped

Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for others

You can earn points from all purchases made on the website cllamsupply.com. Points are not awarded for purchases made outside of cllamsupply.com

Points will be deducted for each returned item

If the reward product is new/unused, you have to return it along with returned items

If the reward product is used, we will deduct the product’s price from the refund

If your coupon is not applying, please ensure the following:

  • The coupon has not already been used.
  • The coupon is still within its expiration date.
  • Your order meets all the coupon conditions, such as the minimum purchase amount and does not contain Kolinsky acrylic brushes

No, once you redeem your reward points, the process cannot be reversed.
